I am Muhammad Anwar Hossain Polash, professionally known as Polash Anwar. My career spans computer education, HR and administration, store and VAT operations, public relations, sales, business development and IT systems.
Since 2018, I have combined sales and IT responsibilities at Dhaka Timber with IT, networking and security solutions at Bangla Security. My current AI work grows from real business needs, with developing skills clearly separated from established experience.
Leadership includes Founder of Handicraft BD and Bangla Security, Co-Founder of Dhaka Timber and Ava Learning Center, and Executive Member of Banglacraft.

Role: Co-Founder & Sales/IT Manager, 2018–present. Introduced an e-commerce platform and IT integration to support sales operations. No quantified outcome is published because the supplied documents do not provide one.
Zero Craft
An AI-powered digital ecosystem for sustainable handicraft development under Handicraft BD. Scope includes artisan profiling, AI-assisted recommendations, marketplace services, learning resources and community collaboration.
Role: Project Founder, Product Owner, AI Solution Designer, Business Analyst and Team Coordinator. Developing exposure: Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Streamlit, AI tools, GitHub and WordPress. SQL and OpenAI API are planned. No live demo is claimed.
